Terms and Conditions and Policies

Jai Dee services, classes, and events, including but not limited to bodywork, yoga, tarot, and Reiki, are intended to support overall well-being and relaxation. The classes, events, and services offered are not meant to diagnose, treat, or remedy any illness, disease, injury, or mental disorder. Jai Dee is not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings. Jai Dee has the right to refuse entry at any time. Jai Dee reserves the right to change teachers, cancel events, classes, and workshops without prior notice.

Purchases are non-refundable. Please register mindfully. 

A cancellation notice is required 7 days prior to the event (workshop, special event, or class) and will receive studio credit. Workshops, special events, and series are non-refundable. Unnotified absence to a workshop, special event, or series will not receive studio credit.

Bodywork, Reiki & One-to-One Cancellations

All rescheduled appointments must be rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made the day of the appointment or no-shows will not receive a refund or studio credit. No-show charges must be paid in full before booking the next session.

 

Classes, Series, Workshops, and Private Sessions may occasionally be canceled by Jai Dee or an instructor. If your service is canceled, you will be notified by email or phone and can choose to receive a full refund or full studio credit.

Late entry will not be permitted. The door to the studio is locked at the beginning of each class. No entry is permitted after the class start time and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.

One-to-one Coaching Sessions and Tarot Readings

If the client arrives more than 15 minutes late the session will be canceled, considered a no-show, and charged the full amount. Clients who arrive up to 15 minutes late will be charged for the full session, and may only receive the remaining time of the booked session based on the practitioner’s schedule.

Payments are collecting through our online booking system. Current applicable Sales Tax will be added to all eligible purchases at checkout. 

Workshops, Special Events, and Services

All enrollments (workshop, special event, services) are priced separately. All purchases for workshops, special events, and services are non-refundable, non-extendable, non-shareable, and non-transferable.

Jai Dee and employees promise to keep your information confidential. We will not distribute your email address, physical address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable details to any other party without your written consent.
